This 4 hour workshop/ micro retreat aims to give you the tools needed to identify & release the trauma holding firm in your cells.

The three parts of the brain responsible for processing stress:

  • The hippocampus shrinks — this is the centre for emotion and memory

  • The amygdala function increases — the centre for creativity and rumination

  • The prefrontal/ anterior cingulate function decreases — the centre for more complex functions like planning and self-development

  • Emotional Intelligence Transformation WORKSHOP

  • Refund: Per our cancellation policy, if refunds are permitted, it can take up to 15 banking days to receive refunds, minus the 5.5% transaction fee charged by the credit card processor. Payments made via PayPal or via wire transfer can take longer, PayPal Refunds are minus the 6% fee + 0.35 transaction fee. Wire transfer refunds are minus, $50 wire transfer fee to wire funds back to the participant.

  • Exceptional modification for COVID-19 Due to the current 2021 situation of pandemic moving into 2022, if and only if, the frontiers are closed for the date of the event, in that case, rescheduling of the retreat will allow the full amount already paid to be reused at a future retreat, within 12 months. Although we will try our best to keep everything the same, note the price of the future retreats could increase due to dates chosen or practitioner availability.

  • This is an all inclusive retreat. The retreat participant does not have to participate in the entire itinerary/activities if they choose. No refunds will be given if any event that the participant chooses to miss, i.e. event, class, or session. This applies to micro retreats, unless specific differently. No exceptions.

  • Private Occupancy: this means that you have a private suite, including a king size bed, comfortable linens, and full bathroom.

  • Double/Shared Occupancy: this means you share a semi-private room, including the bathroom, shower facility. Each participant will have their own bed.

  • Any items needed/wanted by the retreat participant outside of the specified itinerary & above description in the responsibility of the participant.

  • Bean, Inc. and any of it’s affiliates including, but not limited to third party healers and practitioners, is not responsible for any lost of stolen items. It is the responsibility of the participant to keep their personal items locked away in a suitcase.

  • Additional guests are not permitted. Bean, Inc. retreats are customized and tailored for the specific group. We limit our numbers because that gives us the ability to curate a personalized experience.

  • By signing up for this retreat, you understand that this is an wellness activity, meditation, movement, energy inspired retreat. It is not mandatory to participate in any events listed on the Itinerary. Itineraries can change without notice. You are in a safe and healing space, any participant that feels uncomfortable with participating in any of the schedule events has the right to not participate. It is important to read and understand the itinerary before signing up.

  • By signing up for this retreat, you understand that you must already be in good physical and mental health. This retreat is taken place outside of the United States boarders, it is your responsibility as a participant to clear with your licensed medical physician practitioner before attending if you feel this is necessary and/or have a previous and/or on-going health concern. For additional safety, if you feel the need we recommend purchasing your own travel health insurance.

  • By Signing up for this retreat you understand that any events, ceremonies, treatments that are apart of the itinerary are all optional. The provider, healer, Bean, Inc. and it’s affiliates and third party does not take responsibility for any health issues, physical, mental, or emotional; and/or health issues of any sort that may arise during the retreat.

  • Retreat participants agrees to sign a health wavier before they can participate in any events.

  • Media: retreat participants understand that it’s possible there will be a media & film team onsite and during events and group sessions.

  • All of our healers, fitness experts, culinary team etc. are licensed in their own prospective states and/or countries. Based on the guideline of their prospection state, city, and/or country.

  • COVID Testing: As of Jan 26th, 2021 the United States requires all persons entering the USA from another country to provide a negative Covid test and/or doctors note if you previously had Covid and completed your quarantine before arriving to Mexico. We have access to a private MD that will visit the villa to administer covid tests if needed.

  • It is the responsibility of the participant to schedule their covid test with their physician. If the participants wants a covid test administered by a licensed MD in Tulum, this must be set up at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

  • In the event that a participant tests positive for COVID-19 before arrival & does not have time to conduct their mandatory quarantine specified by the CDC, the participant will not be permitted to attend the retreat. The price of the retreat is not refundable after the 90 day period. Refund details are above.

  • In the event a participant tests positive for COVID-19, but was recently vaccinated the participant must bring a doctors note stating they are no longer contagious even in the event that they are asymptomatic.

  • Bean, Inc. is not responsible for any participants that are not permitted to return to the USA. Please be sure you have a valid US passport and any other specified paperwork needed before traveling outside of the USA or any other county.

  • Currently a valid passport & immigration forms, which is usually handed out during your flight, is the only item required to travel into Mexico. (Please check with the CDC & TSA for the most updated information)

  • Currently a valid passport, assertation form (from the airport), & negative PCR Covid test is needed to enter back in the USA. Again, these guidelines are ever evolving, we will continue to motor the requirements.
