What to Expect

As active participants in the health and wellness industry we curate our retreats based on our experiences. The carefully thought-out itineraries from your nutritionally dense meals & culinary experience, mindfulness practice with seasoned healers, strength and endurance building fitness sessions always under a chic modern in aesthetics interior.

What we hope you will gain

“We expect you to arrive full, but leave empty. Emptiness is a meditative philosophy that holds emphasis on “emptying” out the things in your life that cause strain on your existence. The only way to achieve this, is by bringing your entire self when attending our retreats, with the goal in mind to leave with only your better self, an emptied self.”

Why this is important

“You are powerful beyond measure. It is our deepest fear to feel like we are inadequate. Your light will shine through your insecurities. Your heart will look at doubt and smile, because there is no being more powerful than the being that chooses light over darkness. The quest to find your better self is a continuous one, never ending, only evolving. Sometimes we take a step back, to the side, in a circle, but eventually we progress forward. Life is nothing but one big cha cha slide.”

-Nancy, Dream Weaver

“Large doors, tall doors, wide doors, doors that are shaped funny, brown doors, red doors, glass doors, tiny doors, doors with jagged and ridged edges.. smooth doors, doors that slam, doors that are inviting, doors that are not ..

there is no door we won’t try to open…

If it’s meant for you…it will be”

-Nancy

A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. The Labyrinth represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. Labyrinths have long been used as meditation and prayer tools

Our Experiences

allowed us to curate our retreats. hiking through inactive volcanos & up the Andes’ Mountain. Learning herbal remedies from ancient healers. Practicing the act of mindful healing through walking meditation is our driving force.
