What is your intention? It is our mission with the BEAN, Inc./BEAN Wellness Programming to assist and guide you to the exact transformation your mental, physical, and emotional wheelhouse needs. As a Bean Wellness Retreat Participant you understand that you are sharing your energetic field with other participants. It is our mission to ensure that all of the retreat participants feel seen & safe while on their healing journey; as we cater to all nationalities, races, people from different religious background and our LGBTQ + community, including but not limited to non-binary. It is important that as a participant you are respectful of everyone participating within the Bean programing, facilitators and healers included. We want your time with us to be inspiring, enriching and transformative—whatever that means to you.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation clause: varies for each specific retreat. It is your responsibility as the retreat participant to familiarize yourself with all important dates. Please email: admin@beanwellnessretreats.com if you have additional questions regarding your specific retreat.
Privacy, we respect the privacy of all retreat participants, including online participants. We do not rent or sell any personal information. Any personal information given to facilitators is kept private within the BEAN, Inc. team.
Personal Evaluation Form, each retreat participant is required to fill out a PEF form upon/before sign up to ensure that their desired retreat is suitable for their needs.
Local/State/Country Laws, it is the responsibility of the the retreat participant to familiarize themselves with the laws where their registered retreat is commencing. BEAN, INC., it’s facilitators, affiliates are not responsible for any participant or affiliate of the participant that break local, state, or country laws. It is the responsibility of that individual to retain their own counsel if necessary. Breaking local, state, or country laws could also result in immediate removal of BEAN Retreats and/or programs.
Participant Code of Conduct, each participant is required to sign a code of conduct form before participation can commence.
Exceptional modification for COVID-19 Due to the current 2021 situation of pandemic moving into 2022, if and only if, the frontiers are closed for the date of the event, in that case, rescheduling of the retreat will allow the full amount already paid to be reused at a future retreat, within 12 months. Although we will try our best to keep everything the same, note the price of the future retreats could increase due to dates chosen or practitioner availability. *Note, there are currently no COVID-19 exclusions currently where BEAN, INC. operates.
The aforementioned COVID-19 protocol will be in effect for any Pandemic moving forward. Information is subject to update and change.
Any items needed/wanted by the retreat participant outside of the specified itinerary & above description in the responsibility of the participant(s).
Bean, Inc. and any of it’s affiliates including, but not limited to third party healers and practitioners, is not responsible for any lost of stolen items. Each retreat participant will be given their own separate key or lock code, it is their responsibility to keep their items locked away.
Additional guests are not permitted. Bean, Inc. retreats are customized and tailored for the specific group. We limit our numbers because that gives us the ability to curate a personalized experience.
By signing up for our retreat(s) , you understand that this is an wellness, meditation, movement, and energy inspired retreat. It is not mandatory to participate in any events listed on the Itinerary. Itineraries can change without notice. You are in a safe and healing space, any participant that feels uncomfortable with participating in any of the schedule events has the right to not participate. It is important to read and understand the itinerary before signing up.
This retreat is taken place outside of the United States borders, it is your responsibility as a participant to clear with your licensed medical physician practitioner before attending if you feel this is necessary and/or have a previous and/or on-going health concern. For additional safety, if you feel the need we recommend purchasing your own travel health insurance.
Media: retreat participants understand that it’s possible there will be a media & film team onsite and during events and group sessions. Participants also agree that any/all images that are captured during the retreat may be used for promotional and/or marketing purposes. This media is property of Bean Inc. and any/all future use is assumed.
All of our healers, fitness experts, culinary team etc. are licensed in their own prospective states and/or countries. Based on the guidelines and requirements of their specific state, city, and/or country.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS AND ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Although Bean Wellness, LLC. has taken reasonable steps to ensure safety, You acknowledge that activities You agree to take part in have risks, including certain risks which cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the activities. The same elements that contribute to the unique character of the activities can cause loss or damage to You including accidental injury, illness or in extreme cases, permanent trauma, disability or death and also can cause damage to or loss of property.
Activities may vary from trip to trip and may include but are not limited to: yoga, swimming, hiking, boating, kayaking and being physically active in a variety natural environments with a wide range of surface and atmospheric conditions as well as wildlife.
Bean Wellness, LLC. retreats can involve travel to remote places, often times many hours from medical facilities. Transportation, evacuations and medical care can be significantly delayed; communication can be delayed, limited or not available. Environmental risks and hazards include rapidly moving, deep or cold water; insects, snakes and predators, including large animals; falling and rolling rock; lightning, flash floods and unpredictable forces of nature, including weather which may change to extreme conditions without warning. Possible injuries and illnesses include hypothermia, frostbite, high altitude illnesses, sunburn, heatstroke, dehydration and other mild or serious conditions.
Throughout the retreat, participants are responsible for their own safety.
With your booking of a retreat, You acknowledge and understand that Bean Wellness, LLC. activities include risks of injury or death to participants. You understand the description above of these risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated risks may result in property loss, injury or death. You agree to assume responsibility for the inherent risks identified herein and those inherent risks not specifically identified. You acknowledge that participation in activities is purely voluntary, no one is forcing participation and participation is elected with full knowledge of the inherent risks. You therefore assume and accept full responsibility for any injury, death, loss of personal property, and expenses suffered as a result of those inherent risks and dangers identified above, and those inherent risks and dangers not specifically identified and as a result of my negligence in participating in this activity.
We are not medical doctors, so all guests must consult their medical practitioner to ensure they in are appropriate physically and mental condition to participate in the retreat activities and any additional activities guests choose to purchase.
We can not guarantee that all services, amenities or activities will be available at all times of year. Bean Wellness, LLC. is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to unavailability of services, amenities or activities.
**AS OF JUNE 2022 COVID testing is NO LONGER needed to re-enter into USA. Please note that the CDC could reinstate this guideline at anytime.
It is the responsibility of each participant to schedule their own Covid test. If the participants wants a Covid test administered by a licensed MD in the specific country the retreat is taking place, it must be coordinated by that individual.
In the event that a participant tests positive for COVID-19 before arrival & does not have time to conduct their mandatory quarantine specified by the CDC, the participant will not be permitted to attend the retreat. The price of the retreat is not refundable after the specified cancellation period for that specific retreat.
Bean, Inc. is not responsible for any participants that are not permitted to return to the USA for any reason. Please be sure you have a valid US passport and any other specified paperwork needed before traveling outside of the USA or any other county. Please check the expiration date of the passport. IF your passport is set to expire within a couple of months of this retreat we would RECOMMEND that you renew your passport early to avoid any issues.
Currently a valid passport & immigration forms may be required to travel within the host country for BEAN retreats (Please check with the CDC & TSA for the most updated information)

Bean, Inc./BEAN Wellness, LLC. will not condone the following behavior. As a retreat participant you agree not to do the following:
Use degrading or derogatory language of any kind towards another retreat participant, facilitator, or healer
Express sexual advances towards retreat participants, facilitator, and/or healers
Show any type of nudity in common areas or towards other participants, including but not limited to skinny dipping in common areas or exposing genitals to other participants, facilitators. or healers
Possess any dangerous weapons of any kind inside of the retreat villa and/or any BEAN --- Wellness accommodation, including BEAN, Inc. vehicles
Unless specified as a sober retreat, alcohol consumption is at the discretion of each participant that is of the correct drinking age specified in the retreat country. It is the responsibility of the individual participant to consume alcohol responsibly. Inappropriate behavior will be met with case by case and could result in removal of all BEAN, Inc. facilities. Inappropriate behavior includes, but not limited to; exposing body parts, sexual advances, belligerent and degrading behavior, injury of self or another individual, excessive sickness due to alcohol, and/or intimidating another participant, facilitator, or healer
Purchase, possess, consume or distribute illegal drugs in or around any BEAN, Inc. facility
Consumption of illegal drugs & tobacco are strictly prohibited in and around any BEAN, Inc. facility
Engage in any form of sexual harassment
Engage in any form of sexual activity in or around common areas
