Terms & Conditions:

Bean Wellness (Bean, Inc.) specializes in coordinating, facilitating, and providing administrative support for elective regenerative treatments. These treatments include, but are not limited to, Stem Cell Therapy (Intramuscular/IV), NAD+ Infusions, and Aesthetic Biostimulators.

Service Details

• BioBotanica Semi-Private Retreat option: This retreat is all-inclusive, 3 night 4 days, from December 9, 2026 3p est to December 12, 2026 10a est, deposits are non-refundable after April 30, 2026. Before April 30th, if you wish to cancel you will receive 100% refund. Additional payments i.e payments 2-4,are non- refundable 180 days prior to the retreat, (June 13, 2026) Refund requests must be submitted via email: admin@beanwellnessretreats.com, by June 13,2026, 11:59p EST. Full amount will be returned, less initial deposit payment, less credit card (6.5% + $0.50 transaction fee) and wire transfer fees ($55) if paid using a wire. We offer a generous deposit option to hold your spot & the remaining 50% due by October 30th, 2026. If the participant chooses to utilize our payment plan the final, payment must be made on or before October 30, 2026 no exceptions. The participant understands if they do not complete their final payment by October 30, 2026 that they forfeit their previous payments and reserved spot at the retreat. There are no exceptions. Retreat participants wishing to pass their payment credits on to another participant to take their spot, can be done by emailing: admin@beanwellnessretreats.com. All payments and credits are non-transferable to a different retreat or product, they are however transferable to another participant adding the same retreat. Retreats payments are not eligible for enhancement credit.

  • 50% refund (of the total additional payments), Less credit card and/or wire transfer fees & initial deposit amount, if a written cancelation is provided by the participant at least 90 days (Sept 11, 2026) prior to the retreat date: December 9, 2026

  • Refund: Per our cancellation policy, it can take up to 15 banking days to receive refunds, minus the 6.5% credit card fee & $0.50 transaction fee charged by the credit card processor. Payments made via PayPal, Klarna, or via wire transfer can take longer, PayPal Refunds are minus the 6% fee + 0.45 transaction fee. Wire transfer refunds are minus, $55 wire transfer fee to wire funds back to the participant.

  • Payment- payments can be made both through the website & through bank transfer/wire for international participants outside of the USA. All payments must be made in US dollars.

• Fly-In Status: Our services cater specifically to "fly-in" clients. Bean Wellness handles the scheduling and coordination of treatments during the client’s stay in Tulum/Riviera Maya.

• A-La-Carte Selection: Clients can choose individual treatments, which are subject to availability to add in addition.

Payment Information: Applies to the private BioBotanica option: this is the option that is not the selected retreat dates.

• Clients have 48 hours to request a refund after purchasing a Stem Cell selection, with a 5% credit card processing fee deducted. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This applies to all stem cell options, IV Infusion options, Intramuscular options, and Biostimulator options.

• For a-la-carte options paid in full, if a refund is requested after the 48-hour grace period, 30% will be deducted as the deposit amount. Clients have between 3 to 20 days from the initial purchase to request refunds for fully paid a-la-carte treatment options. No refunds will be issued after 20 days from the purchase date.

• Clients must schedule their desired treatment dates within 72 hours of purchase. Due to the perishable nature of these products, if using a payment plan, guests must be fully paid at least 60 days prior to the selected treatment date. • Guests are allowed one reschedule of services without penalty only if it occurs within 60 days of the original treatment date. If it is less than 60 days before original treatment schedule we will be unable to reschedule due to the perishable nature of the stem cell product.

• Guests who miss their scheduled treatment date or time will not receive refunds, regardless of the reason. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are in good health to travel for treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult their medical professionals in their home country.

• All treatments are administered by licensed professionals. Guests arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not receive treatment and will not be refunded.

Important Disclaimers:

• No Medical Guarantee: Although Bean Wellness partners with COFEPRIS-certified labs and clinics, stem cell therapy is elective, and no specific health outcome, "cure," or reversal of chronic conditions can be guaranteed.

• Disclosure: Clients must disclose all current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions.

• Guests must ensure they possess a valid passport and travel documentation.

• Flight Delays: While reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule treatments due to flight delays, availability cannot be guaranteed if the delay exceeds 24 hours.

• Clinic Protocols: Clients will be required to sign a specific "Informed Consent" form from the medical clinic/lab upon arrival.

• Limitation of Liability: Bean Wellness (Bean, Inc.) acts solely as a facilitator and concierge. We are not liable for medical malpractice or complications resulting from treatments performed by third-party licensed medical professionals or facilities.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All medical records and health intake forms shared with Bean Wellness Retreats are managed in accordance with international privacy standards and will only be disclosed to the medical team directly involved in the procedures.

Mocell

1. Product Disclaimer and Safety

• Regulatory Compliance: MoCell states that their laboratory operates under strict sterility conditions, complying with Mexican Official Norms of Safety, COFEPRIS regulations, ISO 9001 standards, and international Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Cell Source and Type: MoCell uses mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from endometrial tissue (uterine lining), which they state do not present the Rh factor, ensuring safe transplantation regardless of the patient's blood type.

• Safety Testing: Every sample is subjected to serological and cell viability tests, and each vial comes with a corresponding certificate of quality.

• Donor Selection: Donors are typically under 30 years old and undergo strict serological blood tests.

• Disclaimer on Results: As with any biological treatment, individual results may vary. While they are marketed for improving quality of life and regenerating tissue, there is no explicit guarantee of specific outcomes in all patients.

Media: retreat participants understand that it’s possible there will be a media & film team onsite and during events and group sessions. Photos or video may be taken by participants or facilitators. These images may be used in any materials, website, Facebook, etc., unless participants specifically request to the photographer or in writing to us, to not use any material your image is depicted in. Otherwise, permission is granted to us to perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

• All of our healers, fitness experts, culinary team etc. are professional and are certified and/or licensed (if applicable) in their own prospective states and/or countries. Based on the guideline of their prospection state, city, and/or country.

• Enhancements are non-refundable, each participant receives a time selected of when they must be present for their selected enhancement, if the participant misses their time there will be no refunds.

• Our Intellectual Property

  The Site and Services contain intellectual property owned by Bean Wellness, LLC. including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Services Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Services, without refund, if you violate this intellectual property policy.

• **AS OF JUNE 2022 COVID testing is NO LONGER needed to enter into USA. Please note that the CDC could reinstate this guideline at anytime. COVID Testing: As of Jan 26th, 2021 the United States requires all persons entering the USA from another country to provide a negative Covid test and/or doctors note if you previously had Covid and completed your quarantine before arriving to Mexico. We have access to a private MD that will visit the villa to administer covid tests if needed.

• It is the responsibility of the participant to schedule their covid test with their physician. If the participants wants a covid test administered by a licensed MD in Tulum, this must be set up at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

• In the event that a participant tests positive for COVID-19 before arrival & does not have time to conduct their mandatory quarantine specified by the CDC, the participant will not be permitted to attend the retreat. The price of the retreat is not refundable after the 90 day period. Refund details are above.

• In the event a participant tests positive for COVID-19, but was recently vaccinated the participant must bring a doctors note stating they are no longer contagious even in the event that they are asymptomatic.

• Bean, Inc. is not responsible for any participants that are not permitted to return to the USA. Please be sure you have a valid US passport and any other specified paperwork needed before traveling outside of the USA or any other county. Please check the expiration date of the passport. IF your passport is set to expire within 3 months of this retreat we would RECOMMEND that you renew your passport early to avoid any issues.

• Currently a valid passport & immigration forms, which is usually handed out during your flight, is the only item required to travel into Mexico. (Please check with the CDC & TSA for the most updated information)

• Currently a valid passport & assertation form (from the airport), is needed to enter back in the USA. Again, these guidelines are ever evolving, we will continue to motor the requirements.

• Tulum Retreats we recommend flying into the Cancun International airport. code CUN, the drive from this airport is approx. 90 minutes to the city of Tulum. *Beginning March 2024 various airlines will also have options to fly into the NEW Tulum airport which is approx 45-50 minutes away.
