The Fit Camp program consisted of carefully curated moderate, intermediate, to difficult metabolic movement sessions, how-to workshops, one-on-one training sessions, power Pilates, somatic movement classes, chakra balancing, body-scan meditation, a nutrition workshop, Ayurveda massage and spa treatments for detoxification; city hikes, calisthenics training and mindful practice sessions, all supported by an all-inclusive, chef-prepared daily spread designed to promote muscle recovery and overall balance. We worked closely with each participant to establish their baseline and define realistic future goals. By the end of the program everyone left feeling stronger, healthier, and confident about their next steps.
