• Illegal Substances & Tobacco: The purchase, possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs or illicit substances is strictly prohibited in and around any BEAN WELLNESS, LLC. (BEAN, INC.) facility, villa compound, or excursion space. Tobacco use is likewise strictly prohibited in and around all retreat facilities.

• Discretionary Alcohol Consumption: Unless explicitly specified in advance as a sober retreat, alcohol consumption is at the absolute discretion of each participant who is of the legal drinking age specified by the retreat's host country. It is the sole responsibility of the individual participant to consume alcohol responsibly.

• Immediate Ejection Enforcement: Inappropriate behavior stemming from intoxication or general misconduct will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will result in the immediate removal of the participant from all BEAN WELLNESS, LLC. • Vetted Professionals: All of our experts, healers, coordinators, and culinary team members are professionals who are certified and/or licensed (if applicable) in their respective states and countries, based on the specific guidelines of their prospective local municipalities.

• Lost or Stolen Items: BEAN WELLNESS, LLC. (BEAN, INC.) and its affiliates, including third-party healers and practitioners, are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Each retreat participant will be issued their own separate key or digital lock code; it is your sole responsibility to keep your items locked away securely.

• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity without the obligation to provide an explanation.
