every day we are impacted by the energy that is all around us. Some energy is good, some is bad, overstimulating, & some energy is just too much for us to process. This workbook is meant to serve as a check in with your inner self. This type of expressive writing focuses on your thoughts & emotions throughout your cell detox journey.

Who can us this workbook?

Individuals that have middle school reading comprehension. Although, I’ve used several of the interactive worksheets with my 9,5,&4 year old. This workbook is a great tool for coaches & educators that work closely with youth in helping them work through their feelings & emotions.

This work book was printed on premium paper (120gsm) with clear covers for protection on both front & back. Because the workbook is bound, the workbook is bendable and gives the user the ability to gently rip pages out to print for class or workshop use.

The better self work book is a print to order from our private printing press. Once ordered, this workbook is non-refundable. Processing & Shipping time is 5-10 days after order, you will receive an order confirmation & tracking number once your workbook (s) are shipped. Orders 20+ work books have a shipping cost of $50 which is based on the weight or the workbooks.
